I'm a dedicated online course creator and certified nutrition and fitness coach in San Diego. I'm so passionate about helping men and women create a sustainable foundation to achieve their weight loss and body composition goals - literally, nothing makes me happier than being a part of their journey.

Over the years, I've learned some groundbreaking lessons about my relationship with food and my body: I didn't need to diet chronically, restrict carbs or foods I love, and obliterate my metabolism to lose weight. I didn't have to spend hours on the treadmill or at the gym to make up for what I ate. All things I spent YEARS doing to be "skinny." πŸ€¦πŸ»β€β™€οΈ

Only when I started making a series of realistic changes in my 30s, such as paying attention to my macro and micronutrients, lifting weights, prioritizing sleep, and hydrating like a champ, did I discover the "secret" to achieving my healthiest and happiest self, with a body even better than in my 20s and 30s.

Now, with all the education and experience, I've learned to create a life of abundant health for myself and my clients without dieting. I know how to create a thriving metabolism (this matters!), enjoy my favorite foods (🍟 🍷, YES, please!), and spend less time on the treadmill "working off my food."

Today, at 43, I genuinely feel and look better than ever, and I couldn't be prouder. I aim to continue waking up every day feeling and looking better than the last while enjoying my life to the fullest. As they say, "Age like a fine wine." That's my goal! 🀩
